Andra comes from a relatively poor family from Rhylanor who invested all of their savings in her education. She took the opportunities that the Navy provided to better her skills and to "see the Imperium". She occasionally sends money back home to help the family. Andra is very calm, cool, collected, and is very slow to anger. She keeps mainly to herself but is generally friendly and a good listener.
